Vistra has announced the appointment of Rob Lucas as Director of Fund Services. Based in Vistra’s Jersey offices, his remit will cover London and the main European markets, where his brief includes both business development and operations. Vistra’s fund services division offers clients a full range of fund formation, administration, trustee and corporate secretarial services from its three offices in Jersey, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. The company focuses on alternative investment sectors including hedge funds, real estate, private equity, venture capital and alternative assets.
Rob is a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of offshore fund and trust experience in both Jersey and the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining Vistra, he was a director of Northern Trust International Fund Administrators and also head of real estate and infrastructure funds in Jersey at the same company. Rob has a strong track record delivering growth to a range of organisations and is experienced in negotiating pan European business deals.
Commenting on his new role, Rob said, “Vistra Fund Services division is growing rapidly both organically and through acquisitions in Europe and the Far East. We are able to offer clients simple and fast solutions to the challenge of designing and establishing new fund structures and I am looking forward to being able to grow this business further through our network of 23 offices in 19 jurisdictions.”

Rob is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is married with a young daughter and in his spare time is a keen local footballer.
