From Tuesday 1st May, Bohemia Restaurant will open seven days a week for lunch and dinner due to the high demand for its exceptional food and service.

The longer opening hours will provide diners with more opportunities to sample the delights of the Michelin-starred restaurant, including Sunday lunch and breakfast daily from 7am, and the move is complemented by the creation of a brand new dining area within Bohemia’s vibrant and popular bar.

Already a haven for cocktails, champagnes and wines in a chic, casual setting, the bar will now offer areas with bespoke custom made tables and chairs for those wishing to extend their bar experience and sit down to enjoy dishes from a delicious new bar menu developed by Shaun Rankin.

Lawrence Huggler, Owner of The Club Hotel & Spa and Bohemia Bar & Restaurant, said: “Bohemia Bar & Restaurant continues to go from strength to strength, building on its exceptional reputation for the highest quality food, drink and service. The extended restaurant opening hours are in response to customer demand and the bar dining experience offers a new way to enjoy Bohemia and more importantly the cuisine created by our Michelin-starred chef, Shaun Rankin and his talented team.”

The new bar dining area will be open seven days a week between offering casual lunches from 12.30pm until 2.30pm and evening dishes from 6pm till 10pm. Its new menu will range from mouth-watering dishes such as ‘Truffle scented suckling Piggy Burger’ to ‘Panache of local Seafood and buttered Jersey Royals’.

Bohemia Restaurant will be open as normal but its hours will be extended to include Sunday lunch between 12.30pm to 2.30pm with a unique Sunday Lunch menu, as well as being open Sunday nights.

Bohemia Restaurant will also set a first for St Helier, being the only Michelin-starred establishment to serve breakfasts to residents and non-residents from 7am to 10am, seven days per week. Both locals and hotels guests will still have the option of breakfasting or lunching on the roof terrace or around the pool area in the summer months also.

As part of the changes The Club Hotel & Spa will be doubling its event space, which already comprises the splendid Burgundy and Bordeaux Suites by adding the Club Suite upstairs as it continues to grow its meeting and wedding business year on year since opening.
