With comedians proving as popular as ever, Jersey Opera House has a bumper season of stand-ups ahead and more in the pipeline.
Already scheduled for this February, March and April are Pam Ann, Patrick Monahan and Julian Clary. Jersey Opera House can now announce four more stand-ups planned for later in the year.
Reginald D Hunter, Ed Byrne, Ardal O’Hanlon and Milton Jones are all appearing at the theatre in September and October.
American-born comic Reginald D Hunter will be here on 20th October. Renowned for his honest delivery and controversial material (notably the titles of his tours!), he is a regular on Have I Got News For You, Live at the Apollo and 8 Out of Ten Cats.
Mock The Week star Milton Jones is famous for his clever, surreal wit and his one lines. Self-confessed stupid stupid stupid, he will be bringing his On The Road tour to the island on 3rd & 4th October.
Ardal O’Hanlon of Father Ted and My Hero fame is appearing on 14th September. Best-known as Father Dougal McGuire, the Irish comedian and actor will be wowing audiences with his sharp and probing observational humour on life in general.
Irish stand-up Ed Byrne is coming back to Jersey Opera House for the fourth time. He’s bringing his Roaring Forties tour here on 28th & 29th October.
More comedians will be added to the season schedules and will be announced to Friends of Jersey Opera House in advance of general sale and then on the theatre’s social media pages. Become a friend or a fan and you’ll be in the know!
