Telephone directory recycling campaign – call for more to beat last year’s total
Jersey News, 22 March 2010 –
Mid way through its annual recycling campaign, Jersey Telecom has already received 17,000 directories from Islanders keen to do their part and recycle. Last year the campaign lead to 48,000 directories being recycled and JT is keen to beat this target.
They would like to encourage more people to do so before the campaign ends on the 2nd April, and would like to remind people that recycling points are located at 25 island schools, JT shop in Queen Street, the Checkers Superstores at St Saviour and St Brelade, all Checkers Express stores, Co-Op Grande Marché, Co-Op St Peter, Safeway and Parish Halls.
More information on the campaign is available at www.jerseytelecom.com/recycling
