The team at Bohemia is today celebrating being awarded Three AA Rosettes just seven months since acclaimed Chef Steve Smith took over at the helm.
Owner Lawrence Huggler commented: “On top of receiving the highest rating in the Channel Islands by The Good Food Guide 2014, to achieve Three AA Rosettes so soon after launching Steve Smith @ Bohemia is testament to the incredibly high standard of food and service Steve and his team at Bohemia consistently deliver.”
Steve Smith @ Bohemia launched in February this year and the restaurant has already built up a loyal following in Jersey, as well as having had numerous rave reviews from leading UK publications including Cosmopolitan, Andy Hayler and The Good Food Guide. Steve Smith has brought a new style of gastronomic dinning to Jersey with multiple tasting menus including Vegetarian and Pescatarian Tasting Menus.
Following a very successful first seven months that have included awards, building up a great local following and a very successful stay and dine trade from the UK and France, the team at Bohemia are very much aiming to continue the growth and raising the bar of gastronomy in Jersey, not just for Bohemia and The Club Hotel & Spa but also to showcase what is available in Jersey.
