“We recognise that Christmas can be an expensive time of year so we hope that our reduced price postage promotion will encourage customers to post early this year in order to benefit from the savings. By posting early, not only does it ensure items of Christmas post will arrive on time, but it enables us to keep our costs down and this means we can pass the savings on to our customers to help them keep in touch for less this year,” said Andy Jehan, Director of Postal Operations.
In addition to the reduced price stamps, Jersey Post will also be offering a 10% discount on local and UK Jersey Moments personalised stamps. These stamps are available exclusively at www.jerseymoments.je, and allow customers to upload their photos and festive messages to add an extra personal touch to their Christmas greetings this year. This offer will also be available from Thursday 15 November up to and including Monday 17 December and the stamps are only valid on letter-sized items of mail.
A handy Christmas posting guide that contains last posting dates, opening times and other useful information will be delivered to all households during the week commencing 12 November.
