RBC WEALTH MANAGEMENT EXPANDS JERSEY INVESTMENTS TEAM

RBC Wealth Management, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE), today announced the appointment of Eva Wrona as Director, Investment Solutions and Howard Phillips as an Investment Advisor in the Offshore Advisory team.

Ms Wrona has overall responsibility for investment and client management within the recently launched Portfolio Construction and Manager Research (PCMR) service line. This new capability is designed to enhance RBC Wealth Management’s investment consulting proposition for clients, by leveraging the skills and expertise of the onshore and offshore Investment Solutions team.

Ms Wrona has relocated to Jersey from RBC in Toronto and brings with her over 24 years of management and finance experience in the industry. She has held a number of senior roles within the company, and was most recently in a global role as Head, Investment Management Services. She will report to David McFadzean, Head of Investment Solutions.

Mr Phillips, who joins from Collins Stewart’s Jersey office, has 11 years of financial industry experience, including over seven years as a European Equity Analyst for a top performing fund. He joins RBC Wealth Management as an Investment Advisor, and will help deliver a full advisory service offering from Jersey. He will report to Daniel Vaysleyb, Head of Offshore Advisory.
