Notary Success for Mourant Ozannes Senior Associate
Advocate Alison Wood has qualified as a Guernsey Notary Public.
Advocate Wood, who is a senior associate at Mourant Ozannes, practised in Oxford for a number of the Oxford Colleges prior to joining Mourant Ozannes in 1996. She has extensive experience of all types of commercial and residential property transactions including landlord and tenant matters. Advocate Wood also has expertise in acting for developers of residential and commercial properties including construction documentation, planning matters and the production of schedule documents and is a member of the private client team dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing, bonds, succession matters including wills and probate.
Alison qualified as a Solicitor (England) in 1991 and an Advocate (Guernsey) in 2007 and is a member of the Association of Women Solicitors.
