Northquay IT to showcase ChipPC in the Channel Islands

The partners of Northquay IT, Bob Le Corre and Philip Morris, have arranged for representatives from internationally acclaimed technology experts, ChipPC, to visit Jersey to share the background to their worldwide success.  They will be in Jersey at the Royal Yacht Hotel on Thursday, 5th June 2014 and local business and IT experts are invited to attend a short presentation, followed by a light lunch. There is no charge to attend.

ChipPC work with many client organisations, both commercial and local authorities, in the UK and further afield, and they understand the pressures of budget cuts, requirements for high levels of security, constraints in personnel, the need for enhanced productivity, etc.

They can do a lot to help with the challenges faced; they can introduce those with legacy PC estates to the concept of Thin Client (which gives the user everything they had before but on a lower cost platform – cost savings of between 50% – 90% have been achieved); if the client is already using Thin Client technology, they can provide a level of manageability and security that is unsurpassed in the industry; they can also extend the reach of IT to areas and offices not previously served by IT technology.

And if an organisation utilises Microsoft Office, the ChipPC Smart Client is Office 365 ready with all of the associated benefits.  ChipPC have a channel of existing clients, now experts in the field, who have implemented this technology and with whom they will happily arrange for interested parties to have a frank and open discussion on a separate occasion, answering any questions about implementation.

The presentation will take place at the Royal Yacht Hotel, Weighbridge, on Thursday, 5th June 2014 at 12 noon for 12.15pm until 2pm.  For more information, please contact or  – or book your place at
