New fund services website launched

Vistra has announced the launch of its new fund services website, www.vistrafundservices.com which it expects will become an invaluable resource for both clients and potential clients alike. Earlier this year, Vistra launched Vistra Fund Services Asia Limited in Hong Kong, to complement the group’s fund administration operations in Jersey and Luxembourg. The new fund website carries details of the range of services available though all three offices, including fund formation and administration, custody, corporate and secretarial services, registrar and transfer agent, SPV formation and security agent services. Vistra Fund Services use both the Advent and AIM systems platforms, which are generally regarded as the gold standard in the industry.

Jersey based Director Rob Lucas has seen strong interest in bespoke structures designed to invest in “real assets” such as diamonds, wine and fine art as well as a continuing appetite for new ventures in the credit and lending sectors. This is often in response to the void left by the banks across a variety of asset types which has left many clients looking for new providers.
