Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited is pleased to announce the opening of an office in Singapore. Minerva Fiduciary Services (Singapore) Pte Limited will provide company formation and administration services to private individuals and corporates.

Singapore is one of the worlds leading financial centres and a hub for cross border transactions in Asia. Singapore benefits from being a politically stable jurisdiction with a highly developed financial services industry, an extensive international tax treaty network and a progressive business minded outlook.

The Global Financial Centres Index ranks Singapore fourth overall and first in its index of “centres likely to become more significant”.

Minerva’s Singapore offering was developed in response to the evolving needs of its clients, particularly those with connections or business interests in India.
