Minerva has appointed Matthew Beddoe as Head of Compliance and Risk

Minerva Trust and Corporate Services Limited (‘Minerva’), one of Jersey’s largest independent trust and wealth management companies, has appointed Matthew Beddoe as Head of Compliance and Risk to further develop the compliance capabilities and ensure delivery of an effective compliance function across its operations.

His position is a new role within the firm’s compliance and risk management team. Matthew will lead a team of six to oversee the compliance framework and implement continued improvement, appropriate policies and procedures for Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited.

Commenting on his appointment, Matthew said: “I am delighted to be joining the compliance and risk management team in this pivotal role for the firm and I am very much looking forward to building upon the current risk and compliance strategy to assist the board with their program of continuous risk management and regulatory compliance”

Matthew is based at Minerva’s head office in Jersey and has overall responsibility for compliance and risk for the Jersey office.
