Rebecca Seller has joined Grand Jersey as Marketing Executive.
Miss Seller joins the marketing team at the five-star hotel from Kleinwort Benson, where she was marketing and events assistant. She holds a degree in Broadcasting from the University College Falmouth and attained the Offshore Business Certificate from Highlands College.
Eamonn Elliott, general manager at Grand Jersey, said: ‘We are delighted with Rebecca’s appointment. She has an impressive set of skills in event organisation and communication while her local knowledge is also a great asset to our team.’
Miss Seller’s role will focus on managing internal and external marketing communications to ensure effective and strong communication with all departments throughout the hotel as well as with local media and customers.
Miss Seller, said: ‘I am very happy to be joining Grand Jersey. The team has been very welcoming. I’m looking forward to getting really stuck into my role with the primary objectives of increasing awareness of the brand and driving profit through strategic advertising and targeted social media packages in the Channel Islands and the UK.’
Educated at Beaulieu and Hautlieu schools, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family, has a passion for musical theatre, films and cooking. She also travels extensively and has visited many countries in Europe, America and south East Asia. She is currently working towards the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) diploma.
