Collas Crill Trust has been shortlisted in the inaugural WealthBriefing European Private Client Awards as Trust Company of the Year.
The WealthBriefing European Awards will be awarded for innovation and excellence during 2012 as recognised by industry, peers and clients.
Collas Crill Trust managing director Matt Litten said: “We are delighted that Collas Crill Trust has been nominated for this award.
“The submission required us to outline how we would approach a number of situations as trustee, enabling us to demonstrate the expertise and knowledge we have in administering significant private client structures on a day-to-day basis.
“As an independent, law-firm owned trust company, we are a niche player that focuses on providing a range of solutions, service excellence and effective governance for sophisticated clients worldwide.
“We can also draw on first-class legal advice from our parent, Collas Crill, across all areas of offshore law – including the establishment of private trust companies as well as newer innovations such as Guernsey Foundations and structures for Image Rights.”
The judges, who have shortlisted 29 categories, have been drawn from across the industry. The winner of the WealthBriefing Trust Company award will be announced on 2nd May 2013 in London.
