This month sees the launch of locally based finance house, Close Finance’s new and improved website.
The website combines new, more user friendly functionality along with an array of innovative features such as informative videos covering topics ranging from an explanation of the process of borrowing, through to a guide to debt consolidation. There is also a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section and a series of short videos offering a useful glossary of financial phrases.
Commenting on the enhancements, Managing Director Adam Dawson said “We want to make the process of lending as simple as possible for our customers. Part of that process is to ensure that they have access to relevant information and facts on borrowing money. We pride ourselves on being ethical lenders and we understand that customers want stability and reliability; rather than worrying about debt, they need advice and support on ways to manage their finances more effectively. The new website is an additional channel through which we can give honest, straightforward help and advice.”
Close Finance has also introduced a new ‘Blog’ section with the aim of this feature to provide relevant articles and crucial tips on managing your finances and helping to answer topical questions on lending.
Discussing how the new website will impact on intermediary business, Mr Dawson continued “We hope to encourage leads via a high profile online strategy and to support our intermediary business with the use of dedicated landing pages and other helpful tools such as handy downloads for Close Finance documentation.”
Other features of the new website includes a quick quote calculator, along with a fully integrated online application form, information on Close Finance’s key people and CSR news.
Demonstrating its pride in being a Channel Island based company the photography on the site features the company’s loyal partners and customers at local landmarks and recognizable locations.
