Christmas Lottery Jackpot Claimed in Jersey

The £686,000 Channel Islands Christmas Lottery jackpot has been successfully claimed over two weeks after the winning numbers were announced.

The lucky jackpot winner who wishes to remain anonymous came forward to claim the prize in Jersey this afternoon, following an appeal by lottery organisers.

It is not known what the mystery winner plans to do with the money but it will no doubt mean a very good start to their new year. The second and third prizes have already been claimed making one lucky Channel Islander £50,000 richer and another £25,000 richer.

For those who missed out on a prize in this year’s Christmas Lottery, scratch tickets are available to buy island-wide throughout the year so there’s still a chance to win big whilst doing good for local charities.

Charities across the Island receive grants as a result of proceeds from the Christmas Lottery and year round scratch tickets.
