On congratulating all those appointed to new positions, Nick Cawley, chief executive officer, Bedell Trust, commented:
‘Its always rewarding when our efforts are recognised through the various awards and rankings but ultimately the key to our success is how we meet our clients’ expectations in providing the highest possible client service standards and for that we rely on the quality and commitment of our people.
It is a consistent objective of ours to recruit and retain talented, motivated people who are able to provide our clients with the high service standards they have to come to expect and so whenever possible we are keen to promote those same people as part of their career development. This significant series of promotions is an encouraging sign that our investment is paying dividends.
We invest heavily in personal and career development to ensure that our people have the required expertise and the motivation to maintain the highest levels of client service, an approach that we believe helps us maintain a low turnover of staff.’
